Job Description

Do you want to create sustainable and safe buildings for the future? In the northern region, we are looking for structural engineers who want to work on projects in hospitals, high-security facilities, defense, and infrastructure – environments where construction is crucial for both function and safety.

You will be responsible for sizing, strength calculations, and construction of buildings with high safety requirements and long lifespans. We challenge traditional methods and explore digital tools and AI-supported design to create smarter solutions. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence everything from early stages to completed construction and contribute to developing new working methods that meet future demands.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong technical skills and an eye for detail.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

• At least 3 years of experience in structural engineering on complex projects
• Knowledge of sizing and design in 3D using either Revit or Tekla Structures.
• Ability to work with digital tools and AI support
• Good understanding of applicable norms and standards in construction technology

Preferred:

• Experience with BIM modeling and sustainability certifications
• Familiarity with working in multidisciplinary project teams

Experience with security-classified constructions.
